DROP

Drop is a rewards platform that enables users to earn points on everyday purchases from brands like Lululemon, Sephora, Uber Eats, and Nike through in-app activity or linked payment cards.

As the brand prepared to scale beyond its original 2015 launch, I led a comprehensive brand transformation to support growth across North America and position the platform for emerging digital ecosystems. As Creative Director of Design, I defined the new brand vision and led the development of a cohesive visual identity designed to scale across product, marketing, and digital touchpoints.

The rebrand introduced a modular design system built around color, form, motion, and photography, enabling flexible brand expression while maintaining consistency. A distinctive visual framework using window-like frames, dimensional effects, and modern photography reinforced the idea of discovery and “window shopping” within the platform, creating a dynamic identity that could evolve with the product and its expanding ecosystem.
